Today, the Lazio Primavera team played Juventus at Formello in the Primavera Coppa. Coach Alberto Bollini were able to select Scarfagna, Crescenzi, Cavanda & Ceccarelli, but Onazi & Barreto were still not ready to play.

The Juventus Primavera have been the best team in their group in the league so far. Currently they are at second place, 1 point behind Fiorentina, but with one less game played.

Juventus came out strong and dominated the first half with many chances, right before the break, Lazio almost scored with Tommaso Ceccarelli hitting the post.

Ceccarelli looked dangerous after the break as well, and in the 56th minute he hit the post again.

In the 68th Juventus finally got their reward, and they were awarded a penalty after a foul from Lazio's captain Luca Crescenzi. Beltrame made it 1-0 for Juventus.

Just six minutes later Juventus were able to beat Scarfagna again. Midfielder Chibsah made it 2-0 with a fine strike.

Lazio were never able to hit back and the youngsters now have a very difficult task ahead when they travel to Torino for the second-leg.

LAZIO: Scarfagna, Serpieri, Salustri (38' Emmanuel), Crescenzi, Sbraga, Zampa, Cavanda, Cilfone, Rozzi (30' Tirra), De Francesco, Ceccarelli (Mosciatti, Ilari, Vilkaitis, Cataldi, Barluzzi, Monteforte)

Goals: 24' Beltrame, 31' Chibsah
