After weeks of speculation Uruguayan striker Emiliano Alfaro is finally a Lazio player.

Alfaro has signed a contract that ties him to Lazio until June 30, 2016. Liverpool Montevideo's president Jose Luis Palma arrived to Milan and signed the release receiving 3.2 million euros for the player.

Alfaro, 24 years old, holds an Italian passport and has scored 7 goals in 12 games in the Uruguayan league.

The player's agent who is also Ledesma's agent confirmed the signing to LLSN:

"Finally we did it. Lazio's leadership has been patient and finally Liverpool's chairman was convinced. Alfaro is now a Lazio player."
