email print
There is no doubt in Italy that Miroslav Klose is doing great at Lazio, but another acknowledgement came from Germany. He received the “Best German player abroad” award from the famous Kicker magazine.

Many were skeptical about the 33 year old coming to Lazio, expecting him to be a substitute player, a player on the verge of ending his career. But proving all critics wrong with his 8 goals Klose showed that he is one of the most prolific and reliable strikers in Seria A.

What makes his award even more precious is leaving behind him in the rankings players such as Sami Khedira and Mesut Oezil (Real Madrid), Kevin Kuranyi (Dynamo Moscow), Per Mertesacker (Arsenal) and many more.
