  13/03/2012: Squad update

Another match, more headaches. That's what was left in the minds of Laziali following Sunday night's defeat against Bologna. Further to the massive injury list, which has plagued the club all season, there were two red cards which lead to the suspension of Matuzalem and Gonzalez. Matuzalem will be suspended for 2 weeks while Gonzalez is out for 1. Once again Edy Reja has to tinker wth his already thin squad to construct a decent midfield for the Catania game.

Some good news though as Brocchi took part in a training match this week, his first since his injury in November, and could play on Sunday. Brocchi was also joined in training by long-term absentees Rocchi, Radu and Cana who are recovering well and may feature. Konko will definately not play which should open the door for Scaloni who returns from suspension. Should Brocchi not make it, expect Candreva to step in.

Whatever happens Reja will once again have to get the best out of a team which he has barely had the luxury of using consistantly all season.
