Live from Monaco at 13.00 CET today the draw for the group stage of Europa League was conducted. For Lazio the draw resulted in trips to England, Greece and Slovenia yet another time.

Lazio, seeded in the third pool rather than the second pool that was wrongly reported in some media last night, got a draw that should satisfy the club. From Pool 1 London based Tottenham Hotspur was drawn amongst last year’s winners Atletico Madrid, Lyon and Liverpool to name the top seeded teams. From the Pool 2, where Fenerbahce, Rubin Kazan and Basel can be mentioned as other competitive sides,  Panathinaikos was drawn to face Lazio.

After the ball containing Lazio had been drawn it was time for the teams from the fourth and final pool to be distributed and for Lazio this resulted in yet another fixture in Slovenia as Maribor became the fourth and final team to complete Group J.

Below you find Groups A-L, with the three other Italian representatives being drawn into Groups A, F and L.
