01/10/2012: Scouting in Switzerland: Lazio eye Zuber and Hajrovic
email print

It is claimed that representatives for Lazio have been scouting Grasshoppers Zurich in Switzerland and that they may be casting their eye over Steven Zuber and Izet Hajrovic. Zuber is a Switzerland U-21 international midfielder while Hajrovic shares the same Bosnian heritage as Vladimir Petkovic but looks set to line out for Switzerland. Both are wingers - Zuber plays predominantly on the left while Hajrovic plays predominantly on the right and both have notched up two goals this season. Lazio are said to be more interested in Zuber at this stage.

Meanwhile, Mobido Diakite's agent has said that his client is not looking to move from Rome although contract negotiations are at a standstill. Diakite' is injured but is set to return in two weeks time and it is believed the Frenchman will wait to see if he features in Vladimir Petkovic's plans before deciding if a move in January is necessary.
