According to la Repubblica, the UK company have accepted Lazio's proposal.

Tare gave the UK company, who own 50% of the player, an ultimatum last night and as la Repubblica report, it was accepted tonight.

Lazio have raised their offer from 7.7 million Euros to 8.5 million. The deal is set to include a sell on fee of 25% should the player be sold in the first 3 years.

Again according to the paper, the only thing missing is the signature of the player which should be concluded as soon as possible.
