S.S. Lazio have confirmed in a statement this evening that Antonio Candreva will not be able to travel to Cyprus on Thursday to take on Apollon Limassol. The Italian international midfielder has been diagnosed with the flu.

Meanwhile, Senad Lulic looks set to miss out also. The club have confirmed that he has an issue with his adductor muscle and will undergo further examinations on Thursday. Although the club have given no indication as to his participation on Thursday, these tests are likely to take place in Rome and an absence of a few weeks should be expected.

Elsehwere, Abdoulay Konko is back in training while Giuseppe Biava and Vinicius Freitas have commenced physiotherapy.

In other news, a few fans confronted Lucas Biglia and Hernanes in training today, asking them to improve their performances for the club.
