Alberto Bollini is Lazio's new assistant manager and will be able to sit next to Edoardo Reja. The former Primavera coach talked about the things that have changed since Reja's arrival.

"Reja has transformed Lazio thanks to his experience and motivation skills.", Bollini told Radio Onda Libera

"He has a great approach towards the players and the results are beyond the expectations. We get on very well and I had the privilege to know him from his first stay at the club when I worked for the Primavera and he was the coach of the first team."

"He is a great professional. He has a lot of passion for sports. Reja is a great example of style and quality."

"What can Lazio do from now on? We think day by day and we need to work on our physical condition. We had a lot of work to do on our physical condition but now the team is much better."

"We are satisfied from the work we have done so far for the 3 weeks we are in charge."
