Riccardo Perpetuini has had an unlucky season. The player was loaned in January to Foggia of Zeman and soon had his season over with an injury of his left knee thus returning to Formello.
Speaking to the press Perpetuini said: "It has been tough times, but thanks to those times, I think I grew a lot. I hope to be able to go back to play the last remaining games. I am here in Rome to complete my treatment."
Then Perpetuini spoke about Zeman, his coach at Foggia: "He is a master in football and in life. My biggest regret is that I did not spend enough time with him."
Perpetuini believes that he could not have done it without the support from those close to him: "I have to thank my family and my girlfriend Eleonora, they have always been close to support me. I will be always grateful for their support."
Perpetuini hopes to decide his future with Lazio this summer:
"My dream is to become a leader at Lazio. In June I will be returning to Rome to decide my future. Lazio deserves a place in the Champions League, we have so many good players, and our team is strong. Of course I am cheering for them". concluded Perpetuini.
