28/02/2014: Candreva: "We played a great game"

Antonio Candreva spoke to the LazioStyle Channel after the game last night and was adamant that Lazio's performance was good:

"We played a great game. The first leg compromised our progression a little, but today's performance was positive. I do not think we declined as we got the third goal near the end, which would indicate the fact that we were fine."

"The stage was hot and getting back to 2-1 reactivated them. The match was decided by episodes anyway. It is a regret that we did not win the first leg, but we entered the field tonight with determination and the correct approach."

"Now we are left with the championship. We want to do well and there are still many matches. Europe [qualification to Europa League] is still possible and it is up to us. We want to go to Florence and play a great game."
