Simone Inzaghi's Primavera continued their dominance by winning the Derby 3-2 this afternoon. The Scudetto champions were looking to keep their positive streak going to secure qualification into the last 8.

It was a bright start for Lazio who only took 13 minutes to take the lead. A long ball from Crecco found Lombardi who gave the giallorossi keeper no chance with his finish.

Roma equalised before half-time but it took Lazio only 3 minutes of the second half to regain the lead. Young star Minala headed in a corner to get his 6th goal of the campaign.

It was one way traffic with Crecco hitting the cross bar, Minala was getting in on the action too. Lazio secured the win with 11 minutes to go with a deserved goal from Crecco who pounced on a rebound.

Roma got a consolation late on but Lazio's dominance in the second half ensured Inzaghi's boys remained number in Rome.
