After Lazio's 2-0 victory against Sampdoria the team left the European door open and still hope to finish in the top 6 at the end of the season. The win was the main story at Rome today but there was one more which made a young player see his dream come true.

Joseph Minala made his official debut after coming in as a sub in the 77th minute of the game. He spoke in front of Lazio Style Radio and Lazio Style Channel about his first minutes with the big boys:

"Emotions were really high. I thank all the people who come to the stadium every week to cheer for us. The emotions I felt after coming onto the pitch were beautiful."

"When I was entering the pitch I heard the fans cheering my name and that was amazing. I will keep on working hard so that I can repay the fans for their support."

Minala thanked his family, Bollini and Reja for giving him a chance to debut with the Lazio shirt at the Olimpico and also added:

"Without these people I would not be here."
