15/04/2014: Giordano: "This Lazio has no future"
email print
In an interview with Radio Mana Mana, Bruno Giordano was incredibly critical of Lazio's attitude both during and after the Napoli game:

"It makes no sense to blame refereeing mistakes. Referees make mistakes - they have always existed in football and always will. Some episodes are in your favour, and some are not."

"I'd rather Tare spoke about his mistakes and those of Reja, rather than the referees. I still cannot see the logic behind replacing Felipe Anderson with Novaretti. He [Felipe Anderson] seemed to be one of the best on the field and did not deserve to go off. With a player so tall and heavy [Novaretti], you cannot put him on without even a minimal warm-up. I struggle to see a serious motive for this substitution."

"Lazio has become a hard-working team with very little technical ability. The sale of Hernanes has further reduced the quality available to Lazio. This Lazio has no future."

"Reja is also disappointing me more and more. Regardless of the quality of the opponent, he thinks damage limitation before attacking. You can't go anywhere with this mentality."
