23/05/2014: Lazio may target Gabbiadini in Juventus talks

Corriere dello Sport claim Juventus are keen on both Senad Lulic and Antonio Candreva, although it is widely believed the Old Lady are not prepared to meet Lazio's demands.

Reports in Italy today suggest Juventus have submitted an 8 million euro bid for Lulic with a view to moving closer to Lazio's original 12 million euro asking price, but Lulic's late surge in form towards the end of the season has reportedly resulted in an increase in Lotito's demands with a figure of 18 million being discussed.

There have also been reports that Juventus would be prepared to offer 12 million to Udinese's for Candreva. Juventus are only able to take Candreva back to Turin if they have separate bids accepted by both Udinese and Lazio, and it is believed this 12 million bid would be for 100% of Candreva should Udinese outbid Lazio in a blind auction. Lazio are reportedly willing to thrash out a deal before the blind auction with 9 million euro bid. Udinese's Director of Sport Cristiano Giaretta has admitted negotiations between Lazio and Udinese are at an advanced stage.

Considering Juventus' interest in Lulic and Candreva, Lazio are looking at ways of making possible deals favourable to the club and one idea is Manolo Gabbiadini. He is co-owned by Juventus and Sampdoria making any deal difficult, but he is a personal favourite of Igli Tare who was interested in bringing him to Rome last summer, and Lazio's interest in Gabbiadini may be enough to relinquish either Lulic or Candreva for the right price and Gabbiadini's signature.
