15/07/2014: Zampa, Lombardi and Perpetuini go out on loan
email print

S.S. Lazio have announced that they have sent Enrico Zampa and Cristiano Lombardi on loan to Trapani Calcio, while Riccardo Perpetuini joins L'Aquila Calcio.

Trapani Calcio - who surpassed expectations in Serie B last season -is a step up in class for both Zampa and Lombardi. Lombardi moves off the back of a very successful season with Lazio Primavera, while Zampa had been on loan in a lower division at Claudio Lotito's second club, Salernitana.

Perpetuini was also on loan at Salernitana, and he will remain in the same division by moving to L'Aquila, although his new club finished four places above his former club last season and may have their sights set on a promotion bid.

S.S. Lazio did not disclose whether any of these loan deals contained a buyout clause, but in indicating that the loans were "temporary", they appear to be suggesting their intention to retain these players at the end of the season.
