20/09/2014: Loan Report: Vinicius causes Vicenza problems

S.S. Lazio have a number of players on loan in Serie B this season and for the first time this season, many of them were convened by their clubs.

The most impressive performer today was Vinicius Freitas. He was brought on 59 minutes into Perugia's 2-2 draw with Vicenza and he helped claw them back into the game as his corner was not dealt with by the Vicenza defence, allowing Lorenzo Del Prete to equalise via a deflected volley. Vinicius almost had a goal of his own from a long-range free-kick and he could easily have had an assist to his name as well as he set up some good opportunities for Perugia. Defensively, however, he was a liability and you can see why he has yet to start for Perugia.

Brayan Perea was named among the substitutes having recovered from his broken leg, but he did not see any action for the side who currently lie top of the Serie B standings.

Antonio Rozzi, having played only 10 minutes for Bari so far this season, received 45 minutes today coming on in the second half for Giuseppe De Luca. His first notable contribution came late in the game as he picked up a yellow for what has been described as a non-existent foul, and not long after he had a wild attempt at goal but in the dying stages, he proved to be the distraction that enabled Alen Stevanovic to double Bari's lead in a 2-0 victory.

Luca Filippini was among the substitutes but did not feature. It will be difficult for him to make his mark as he plays second fiddle to the highly-rated Stefano Sabelli. Joseph-Marie Minala was not in the squad as he continues to work on his fitness.

Enrico Zampa and Cristiano Lombardi were named among Trapani's substitutes today, and the latter came on with 15 minutes to spare in the 2-2 draw with Carpi. He got stuck in and committed quite a few fouls but was unable to make an impression in attack.

Lazio's youth international Luca Crecco made another cameo appearance for Ternana in a 0-0 draw with Brescia. Crecco was on the field for just over 30 minutes, but did nothing of note.
