Lazio President Claudio Lotito spoke to Radio Kiss Kiss and denied Berni's agreement with Napoli. On the other hand Chievo keeper Sorrentino has declared that he would consider a move to Lazio.

Lotito said to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli: "As far as I know, Berni did not agree on anything with Napoli. We have offered him a contract renewal and now it is up to him to choose. He knows that we want him to stay."

On the other hand, Chievo goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentino spoke to Radio Mana Mana concerning the rumours linking him to Lazio: "They are rumours until now, there is nothing concrete, but I cannot say I am not flattered by me being linked to Lazio. I have recently signed a contract with Chievo, and if a move is to be considered. Lazio must talk to Chievo but I would definitely consider the situation if it arises, as Lazio are a great team."
