This season has been quite tough for one of Lazio's young and talented players. After the injury Onazi had at the World Cup in Brazil he has been struggling to get back into the first team of Lazio's new coach Stefano Pioli.

"This year we have a new coach. Other than that things have been a bit complicated for me because of my injury at the World cup. It is also hard to get back to my best form in the national team after such an injury".

The midfielder also spoke about the problems with racism Italian football has:

"I'd be lying if I say that I don't know about the racism in Italy. I know there are such people here but I've never been racially insulted since the start of my career in Italy".
