Now that Felipe Anderson is starting to show his class and become a regular starter for Lazio his dream is to get a call up for the Brazilian national team from coach Dunga.

"It's impossible not to think about the Brazilian national team. I believe that this is not an obsession. Sooner or later it will happen and I will get a call up. I'm doing my best for Lazio. The day when I get a call up from Dunga will be the best day of my life. Even if I don't get called for the friendlies this month against Chile and France I will keep on working with the same commitment and attention".

Felipe Anderson also spoke about his brilliant goal against Sassuolo:

"I am very happy that I managed to score and that Lazio won the game. The goal I scored yesterday was one of the best in my career. The coach and the whole team support me and I want to enjoy this moment".

The young Brazilian also spoke about Pioli's influence:

"When he arrived at Lazio he came to and told me that I will get freedom of movement on the pitch. Pioli is crucial for my growth. Working with him during the week has also been great and helpful not only for me but for all the young players in the team".

"My thoughts are for the league and nothing else. Game after game. If I'm fully concentrated I can show what I can do on the pitch. Last year was bad for me and these memories are fading away. A lot of people believed that I should go somewhere on loan and play more regularly so that I can find my good form. I have always believed that I will be able to show my talent here at Lazio".

The #7 also spoke about his previous team and coach in Brazil (Santos and Muricy Ramalho):

"It wasn't easy to be a youngster at a club like Santos especially with Muricy in charge. I was often accused that I can't show my talent and I was always compared to Ganso and Neymar. People wanted me to perform as good as they did. The expectations were really high and I was only 17 years old at that time. Could I have done better with another coach? Probably if I was given a bit more freedom".

"In difficult moments like this you learn a lot. At that time I grew a lot psychologically. All the criticism helped me grow as a person and become what I am at the moment".
