Tommaso Berni's agent, Davide Lippi, spoke to Radio Mana Mana and declared his client's desire to stay in Rome.

"There is nothing new yet on our situation. Tommaso's contract will expire on June 30, and he will be a free agent. We are confident however that Lazio will call us, we hope the call comes soon."

Lippi then added that while Berni might end up anywhere, his priority is still Lazio, and he does not fear the possible arrival of Marchetti.

"We have two or three possibilities for Berni, but the biancoceleste are our priority. Muslera is now leaving, and Tommaso is setting his eye on a starting spot. The arrival of Marchetti does not intimdate us as he has not played football for sometime now." concluded Lippi
