11/06/2011: Kozak: "I am happy at Lazio but I want to play"
email print
Corriere dello Sport have interviews Libor Kozak about life at Lazio and found the player to be quite forthcoming about life in Rome:

"It all depends on how you play on the field. I am happy because I have been given chances. I am happy at Lazio but I want to play with more regularity and over a longer period of time. When i return from the Under-21 Championships in Denmark, I will speak to Edy Reja about this."

"When I score, I am taken to a new dimension. I thoroughly enjoy these moments where I run to the Curva Nord to be welcomed with open arms where everyone goes crazy for you, where one loses their head. It's happened a few times now and it is always an incredible thrill."

"People recognise you in Italy. I get discounts in restaurants and clothing stores. Financially, the change from Opava (Libor's old club in the Czech Republic) to Serie B was huge but the money didn't interest me, only the football. My lifestyle had changed and only that. I have had to dress differently, the fashion in Italy is very different. Sometimes extravagant."

Women? I can't complain... but I have a girlfriend."
