29/06/2011: Zamparini: "Lazio are interested in Bovo"
email print

Lotito and Zamparini had discussions in Milan earlier today. The latter has since told the press that Lazio are interested in the defensive duo of Mattia Cassani and Cesare Bovo. Bovo is said to be of interest to Genoa also but with Lazio taking interest in two players that Palermo are willing to release, a deal may be smoother for the Italian club. Zamparini claims he has informed Lotito that he must call him tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Catania's President Lo Monaco has said that Lazio have yet to follow up their initial interest in Matias Silvestre. It is unclear how the reported meeting with Abdoulay Konko's agent went today.
