According to calcionews24.com, Palermo President Mauro Zamparini has declared that Palermo are very close to finalizing the deal for the Uruguayan.

Mauro Zamparini was reported as saying that Palermo are soon to sign a very talented Uruguayan, and according to Sky Sports 24, Zamparini was referring to Ignacio Lores.

Ignacio Lores, born in 91, is owned by Defensor Sporting and reports also suggest that Lazio are following the player.

TuttoPalermo.net now claim that a 5-year deal is to be signed with Palermo for the midfielder despite efforts from Lazio to make a last minute gasp for the Uruguayan.
