Lazio’s latest recruit Giuseppe Sculli has revealed that he cannot wait to make his debut for the club.
The 29-year-old winger earlier completed his switch from Serie A rivals Genoa.
Neither club have confirmed the deal on their respective websites, but the League’s official website have set the transfer status as completed.
When asked by La Repubblica about the deal, Sculli said: “I am well and very happy to have joined Lazio.”
Early reports are suggesting that Sculli will join the Eagles on a co-ownership deal until the end of the season with Lazio paying one instalment up front, and a further fee in June should they wish to make the transfer permanent.
He chose to wear no. 77 in his shirt.
The 29-year-old former Juventus attacker was suspended for eight months in 2006 when he was found guilty as part of the match fixing scandal that surrounded an encounter between F.C. Crotone and F.C. Messina during the 2001-02 campaign.
