Spanish Defender Javier Garrido has declared his unhappiness at the current situation and mentioned that he is looking forward to the winter mercato hinting at a possible return to Real Sociedad as reported by tuttosport.com.
"I have never felt so isolated in my life. It is a very uncomfortable situation for me because days are passing and I feel as an outsider as I don't participate in the games. I felt this would happen when the summer mercato closed. I feel very frustrated but I cannot but work every day and stay in form and hope for the best. I am looking forward to the January market."
Javier Garrido seemed to also miss his days at Real Sociedad, the team that he shined at. "Real Sociedad was an important club in my career, because playing there allowed me to develop. I have a contract for three and half more years with Lazio, but I am a player, and there is nothing that a player wishes for more than playing football, feeling a part of the team, feeling useful. I so long to play."
Asked whether he is willing to sacrifice financially for the chance of a move away from Rome, Garrido nodded: "I would, the feeling of playing football again and feeling good about myself is priceless..."
